About the role
The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to help manage the project that will be assigned to him/her that covers creation of the timeline, leading project-related meetings (e.g. kick-off, checkpoint meetings), understanding the project goal even in high-level context, proposing a strategy in the project implementation, managing the stakeholders - e.g. client, third-party partner, technical team, ensuring the project will be completed on-time, help in identifying and managing project risks, serves as the main point of contact that will lead the communication between the client-SSI-third-party partner (if there is). The Project Manager will also help ensure that all project-related and mandatory documentation and weekly reports will be submitted on time. The Project Manager can articulate well the project needs and important items that should be discussed by the core project team.
Key responsibilities
Ensures the project timeline is plotted and updated correctly and aligned to all project stakeholders.
Ensures timely completion of the milestones of all project implementation phases.
Serves as the main point of contact for the project.
Initiate and ensure the quality and timely submission of all project-related documentations.
Facilitate/Lead project meetings and ensure attendance of relevant project stakeholders.
Publish weekly project reports or lead executive report presentation to all stakeholders.
Assess project risks and help derive activities that will help manage or mitigate the identified risks.
Ensures the project adhere and comply in any relevant and applicable policies - internal or regulatory.
Assess, identify, and propose implementation best practices.
Will perform tasks as assigned by the IS.
About you
Must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
