About the project

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale EU Supply Chain & Logistics Transformation program for an international organization.

The project focuses on transforming and automating inter-site transport planning across multiple manufacturing locations. The goal is to improve transport planning accuracy, automate information flows between supply chain systems, increase real-time visibility of finished goods, integrate production orders directly into planning processes and leverage network optimization capabilities.

You will step into a critical moment of the project and help drive it through SIT, UAT, regression testing, business readiness and production cutover.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day project governance for a complex Supply Chain & Logistics transformation.

  • Drive readiness for SIT, UAT, regression testing and production cutover.

  • Establish and manage project gates, qualification criteria and deployment readiness assessments.

  • Coordinate business process preparation across multiple manufacturing sites.

  • Manage testing execution, defect resolution and business sign-off.

  • Monitor readiness of system configuration, master data, process documentation and test environments.

  • Coordinate activities across Supply Chain, Transportation, Manufacturing and IT teams.

  • Identify project risks, dependencies and blockers and drive mitigation actions.

  • Prepare status reports, steering committee materials and executive-level updates.

  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops and alignment sessions between business teams, functional experts, system integrators and leadership.

  • Support the transition into business operations by establishing sustainable processes and governance.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing environments.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including:

    • Order-to-Delivery

    • Transportation Planning

    • Inter-site Logistics

    • Warehousing & Distribution

    • Billing and logistics-related transactional flows

  • Hands-on experience delivering ERP and Supply Chain transformation projects.

  • Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression testing and cutover preparation.

  • Experience with project governance, stage gates, readiness assessments and deployment qualification.

  • Ability to operate effectively at both operational and executive levels.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Confidence in facilitating workshops, project calls and steering committees.

  • Strong process-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, business readiness and execution.

  • Fluency in English and ability to work in an international environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP and/or Transportation Management solutions.

  • Background in manufacturing, FMCG or complex supply chain environments.

  • Experience integrating multiple supply chain platforms and automation solutions.

  • Exposure to logistics network optimization.

  • Previous experience as an Interim or Consulting Project Manager in international transformation programs.
