Job Summary

Lead site project management and engineering support to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery of civil and infrastructure projects while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead site project management and coordinate the project team to ensure smooth progress and timely completion
• Provide engineering support by resolving technical issues to maintain project quality and compliance
• Review tender documents, drawings, and construction methods to verify capability to meet contractual requirements
• Assist in tender preparation and actively participate in project-related meetings to align project objectives
• Monitor and control project cost, resource allocation, quality standards, and schedule adherence throughout project lifecycle
• Address client complaints promptly by investigating issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain client satisfaction
• Implement and enforce safe work procedures on site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and reduce risks
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support project and company objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering recognized by the PE Board
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing civil, structural, and infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD for project documentation and planning
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead teams and work independently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with Land Transport Authority (LTA) and Public Utilities Board (PUB) projects to support relevant infrastructure work
