Project Manager

Summary

Oversees end-to-end construction projects in Singapore, managing timelines, budgets, compliance, and teams to deliver building/civil works per contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects

  • Manage project schedule, cost control, quality, and safety performance

  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

  • Prepare and monitor master programme, project budgets, progress claims, and variation orders

  • Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, NEA, LTA (if appliable), and statutory requirements

  • Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation measures

  • Chair project meetings and prepare progress reports

  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements

Requirements / Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field

Singaporean/PR

Minimum 5–10 years of relevant construction experience (adjust as needed)

Proven experience as Project Manager for building or civil projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and local regulations

Familiar with Singapore construction standards and authorities’ submissions

Able to manage multiple stakeholders and tight project timelines

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project / Primavera)1) Minimum 5 years experience in managing construction projects on site

Understand PSSCOC and SIA contracts
