Project Manager
Summary
Oversee construction projects for steel installations, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards, and project specs while managing contractors and site teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure all installation works comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance to main contractors and consultants.
- Prepare monthly project reports, to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance to all government and building regulations.
- Manage manpower and overtime cost to ensure optimal cost benefit.
- Establish good communication and working relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Ensure strict adherence to WSH policies and regulations.
- Attend technical and site meetings.
- Manage project workflow from shop drawings to site installation.
Required Skills
- At least 5 years’ experience in door/window.
- Experience with projects of similar scale and complexity.
