Oversee plumbing and minor sewer projects in Singapore, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality, and safety while coordinating with clients and contractors.
Minimum 5 to 10 years relevant experience in the related to plumbing sanitary and Minor Sewer work field is required for this position

Method Statement
Ensure work performed on-site comply with the pub & local authority requirements.
Co-ordinate & supervise all projects.
Liaise with Clients / Architect / Main Contractors.
Attend site meetings and Inspection .
Oversee all work to ensure quality standards are met.
Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites.
Prepare progress claims .
With class 3 license
Can speak Mandarin
