Summary
Project Manager leading end-to-end ICT sourcing and service transition projects, including RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations. The role focuses on managing complex ICT outsourcing and Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) transitions within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery across ICT sourcing, RFP, vendor evaluation, contracting and service transition.
Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, governance and RAID registers.
Coordinate activities across Technology, Procurement, Commercial, Legal and business stakeholders.
Manage vendor engagement, evaluation processes and commercial negotiation activities.
Oversee mobilisation and transition planning with incumbent and incoming service providers.
Coordinate outsourcing, insourcing and hybrid service delivery dependencies.
Ensure continuity of business-as-usual ICT services throughout transition activities.
Manage project risks, timelines, executive reporting and stakeholder communications.
Establish clear governance, accountability and decision-making processes across the program.
Skills & Experience
Proven Project Management experience delivering complex ICT initiatives within enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience managing ICT outsourcing, managed services sourcing or IT service agreements.
Strong experience across RFP processes, vendor selection, contract negotiation, mobilisation and transition.
Understanding of ICT managed services, vendor operating models and service delivery frameworks.
Experience collaborating with Technology, Procurement, Commercial and Legal teams.
Strong project governance, RAID management, planning and executive reporting capabilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, competing priorities and senior stakeholders.
Experience delivering complex service transitions while maintaining operational continuity.
Highly Regarded
Experience establishing or transitioning Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) arrangements.
Understanding of outcome-based service agreements, SLAs and KPIs.
Experience transitioning between outsourced, insourced and hybrid ICT service models.
Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management practices.
Background working within large commercial, enterprise or highly regulated environments.
