Project Manager Job Duties:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges proactively.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including field personnel and sub-contractors.
- Monitor project progress, performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with the project plan.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, from initial mobilization to final completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
- Effectively communicate project details, changes, and potential issues to all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Champion a culture of safety, ensuring all project activities are performed in strict adherence to company safety policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings.
- Ensure all necessary permits, certifications, and documentation are in place.
- Coordinate with internal departments to secure necessary resources, equipment, and materials.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Facilitate project closeout activities, including final reporting, documentation, and client sing-off.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future project delivery.
