Project Manager
Summary
Leads end-to-end cloud and infrastructure projects for Singapore’s public sector, coordinating teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver cloud and infrastructure projects for public sector clients in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of delivering complex IT infrastructure and cloud projects within a System Integrator (SI) environment and possess excellent stakeholder management and project governance skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects for public sector clients.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committee presentations, and status reporting.
- Manage change requests and ensure adherence to project governance and compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive issue resolution and manage project escalations effectively.
- Ensure smooth transition from implementation to operations and support teams.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering cloud and infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience working in a System Integrator (SI) environment.
- Experience delivering projects for Singapore Public Sector clients will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, infrastructure solutions, and project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and organisational capabilities.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
- Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
