Project Manager – Transformation & Infrastructure

Job Details

• Manage infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, including scope, planning, budget, risks, milestones and acceptance.
• Lead infrastructure integration projects for new business entities and support carve-out activities.
• Manage the transition of the Asia Service Desk and support related RFP activities.
• Coordinate with IT teams across Houses and regions, including Asia, EMEA and AMER.
• Manage service providers, MSPs, system integrators and project partners.
• Monitor partner commitments, project performance, deliverables and timelines.
• Provide structured project reporting to senior management and governance forums.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and escalation activities.
• Coordinate cutovers, deployments and knowledge-transfer activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure transformation, migration or transition projects.
• Experience working in international and multi-geographic environments.
• Experience with project planning, budget tracking, risk management and governance reporting.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including network, cloud and workplace environments.
• Experience managing service providers, MSPs, system integrators or project partners.
• Knowledge of ITSM / ServiceNow and managed service models.
• Experience with M&A, business integration or carve-out projects is an advantage.
