Project Manager

Summary

Oversee complex commercial property projects like workplace fit-outs and lobby upgrades, coordinating teams and stakeholders to deliver on time, on budget, and to client expectations.

  • To support and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface. Projects may include: Speculative suites and workplace fit-outs, End-of-trip facilities, Lobby upgrades
  • To deliver leasing-driven capital projects for clients across a commercial property portfolio
  • Independently manage multiple leasing and capital projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project programmes and ensure critical leasing milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor risks, budgets, procurement, and project reporting.
  • Drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management
  • Experienced in commercial, workplace fit-outs, commercial upgrades
  • Strong background in design management
  • Client-side consulting experience is ideal.
  • Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
  • Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
