Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor technology projects within the banking and financial services sector.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and clients to support smooth project delivery.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Manage project changes, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, banking policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience within the banking sector, including managing IT projects within banks or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and banking technology projects.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Ability to work on-site.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
