Salary: $1200

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the next phase of a significant Work Management System (WMS) transformation within a large, complex Australian organisation.

This is not your typical technology implementation. We are looking for a strategic thinker, strong influencer and commercially astute delivery leader who can take an established platform to the next level, leveraging AI, automation and workflow optimisation to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Reporting into senior business leadership, you will take ownership of the next phase of the WMS program, transitioning the focus from technical delivery to broader business transformation, adoption and continuous improvement.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the next phase of the WMS transformation, including platform uplift, workflow optimisation and progressive rollout across multiple business contracts.
  • Bringing an AI and automation mindset, identifying practical opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes and enhance business performance.
  • Providing strategic thought leadership, challenging existing approaches and shaping a clear roadmap for future platform capabilities.
  • Managing complex senior stakeholder relationships, influencing executives and navigating competing priorities across a large, multifaceted organisation.
  • Leading Steering Committee engagement, executive reporting, governance and key program decisions.
  • Developing and communicating a compelling transformation narrative that clearly articulates the business value, benefits and strategic direction of the program.
  • Driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption to ensure successful implementation across the wider organisation.
  • Maintaining strong commercial oversight, managing risks, dependencies, expectations and delivery outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Extensive experience leading complex enterprise-wide technology and business transformation programs, preferably involving workflow or work management platforms.
  • A proven ability to move beyond technology implementation and deliver meaningful business process improvement and operational transformation.
  • A strong understanding of AI, intelligent automation and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify practical applications that deliver real business value.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and challenge senior executives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex governance structures, Steering Committees and demanding stakeholder environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, sound judgement and the ability to balance strategic priorities with practical delivery outcomes.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience and the ability to navigate challenging organisational dynamics.
  • Experience driving change, adoption and business readiness across diverse operational environments.
