What you’ll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end delivery across complex projects and programmes
- Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
- Coordinate multiple teams, vendors and stakeholders
- Provide clear reporting and governance to senior leadership
- Identify delivery challenges and drive practical solutions
- Ensure initiatives remain aligned to business outcomes, timelines and budgets
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager across complex environments
- Strong programme/project delivery and governance experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies and delivery risks
- Experience within large-scale infrastructure, facilities, construction or complex enterprise environments would be highly regarded
- A practical, collaborative approach with the ability to operate confidently at senior levels
