- Define and manage program vision, goals, and success criteria.
- Lead multiple interconnected projects and project managers.
- Align program activities with organizational strategy and priorities.
- Manage program budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
- Monitor program performance and benefits realization.
- Resolve cross-project conflicts and escalations.
- Ensure effective change management and organizational readiness.
- Present program status and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Technology, or related field
- PMP, PgMP, MSP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Significant experience managing multiple complex projects or programs
