- Direct management of all academic and public-facing spaces in Fowler

- Oversee financial management of Fowler by preparing a budget based on goals and monitoring expenditures with financial records.
- Lead recruitment of all staff positions, including full-time, part-time, and student employment
- Monitor industry trends and news that will have a local impact on the organization
- Coordinate with the Department of Theatre, Department of Music, and the Bradbury Art Museum for Fowler scheduling and promotional needs as appropriate
- Conduct key constituent meetings
- Promote a facility reputation for outstanding customer service
- Develop a year-round facility maintenance plan, including discussion of long-term improvements and short-term maintenance, working with Facilities Management to define scope of work and cost estimates.
