Project Quantity Surveyor (M&E) | Cost Planning & Tendering | Up to $5.5K

Salary: $3,000–$5,500 per month

Location: Admiralty, Singapore

Working Arrangement: 5.5 days per week, 44 hours per week

Build your expertise in cost planning and commercial management for M&E projects.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Quantity Surveyor to support project planning, tender preparation and cost control. You will work closely with internal project teams and external stakeholders to ensure that project costs are properly evaluated, monitored and managed.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities and quantity take-offs for M&E and electrical works.
• Analyse tender submissions, compare quotations and assess cost competitiveness.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and scope changes for cost implications.
• Maintain project budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts.
• Evaluate progress claims, variations and final account submissions.
• Identify potential cost overruns and recommend practical cost-control measures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, M&E Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant QS experience.
• Proficiency in quantity measurement, estimation and cost monitoring.
• Understanding of tendering, contractual documentation and project financial management.
• Experience in industrial, commercial or data centre construction would be beneficial.
• Good organisational and stakeholder coordination skills.
