Project Safety Manager [SL]

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project EHS Manager to oversee workplace safety, health and environmental management for our construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and monitoring of project EHS management systems.

• Ensure compliance with WSH legislation, environmental regulations and project requirements.

• Conduct daily site inspections and recommend preventive and corrective measures.

• Develop and review risk assessments, safe work procedures and EHS plans.

• Plan and execute monthly safety programmes and initiatives.

• Lead accident, incident and near-miss investigations.

• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.

• Monitor environmental performance, waste management and pollution control.

• Prepare and submit EHS reports, documentation and inspection records.

• Coordinate with project teams, clients, government agencies and relevant stakeholders.

• Lead and support EHS colleagues in maintaining a safe working environment.

• Support audits, certifications, EHS award submissions and continuous improvement initiatives.
