Project Specialist 5
- Coordinates the completion/updates of the competency development plan developed by the supervisor/manager
- Coordinates the on time completion of the competency assessment from applicable employee, supervisor/manager
- Monitor the confirmed training schedule to ensure that training can be implemented and all the necessary logistics are ready.
- Follow up/ Remind the facilitators on their training commitment.
- Monitors and manages the certification/re-certification of all operator, technician and other support group
- Maintain training records of all Personnel in learning management system
- Perform other functions as may be needed to support training requirements necessary for the organization
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
- At least 3 years of college education
- Can communicate effectively in English or native language . can own the stage
- Has initiative for continuous learning and self-development
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
- Has video editing skills, knowledgeable in media art is a plus
