Job Summary

• Seeking a Prompt Engineer skilled in designing, evaluating, and refining AI-generated code and building scalable enterprise applications using GenAI tools.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields;
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, or Cursor;
• Strong grounding in full-stack development and AI-generated code validation;
• Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Go, or Python;
• Solid understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms;
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Git, and GitHub Actions;
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB;
• Knowledge of secure software development practices and LLM safety;
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail in AI-generated code reviews;
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into prompts and implementations.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience leading or mentoring AI-enhanced development teams;
• Experience using AI tools for code generation, testing, or optimization;
• Curiosity and adaptability in generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Craft effective prompts and workflows for accurate, maintainable, and secure code;
• Design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs against software and business requirements;
• Architect scalable enterprise-grade applications using AI-assisted development practices;
• Build rapid prototypes using GenAI tools and refine them toward production quality;
• Integrate AI into software delivery pipelines and DevOps processes;
• Perform code reviews of human-written and AI-generated code;
• Maintain documentation, prompt libraries, and reusable patterns;
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers;
• Mentor team members on effective prompt engineering practices;
• Champion ethical and responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
