Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain structured prompts, templates, and output schemas aligned to product and stakeholder requirements.
  • Define expected outputs, constraints, and completion criteria for deliverables; document assumptions, edge cases, and limitations.
  • Apply LLM best practices (context management, instruction hierarchy, few-shot examples) to improve accuracy and consistency.
  • Test and debug prompt behavior through iterative experimentation; analyze failures and reduce hallucinations and variability.
  • Create evaluation approaches (test sets, rubrics, human review workflows) and track quality over time.
  • Implement Prompt Ops practices: version control, change management, documentation, and release processes for prompt assets.

Requirement:

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, unambiguous instructions.
  • Experience creating structured prompts, prompt templates, and specifying output formats.
  • Working knowledge of GPT/LLMs and how they respond to instructions and context.
  • Understanding of hallucinations, bias, and common failure modes.
  • Familiarity with prompting techniques (e.g., zero-shot/few-shot, chain-of-thought alternatives, tool/function calling concepts) and constraints.
  • Experience with prompt versioning, documentation, and change control
