Prepares and manages investment-related proposals (RFPs, RFIs, DDQs) for an asset management firm, collaborating with experts and maintaining response databases.

Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in office and remote working days throughout the week.
- Preparing and completing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for all CC&L Financial Group affiliates; this involves working closely with subject matter experts from all business areas.
- Drafting new responses and recommending value added enhancements to the existing RFP responses.
- Maintaining and administering an RFP response database and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of various reports and files required to support the RFP process.
- Assist with updating and maintaining various external investment and consultant databases, if required.
- You have a Finance Degree or equivalent and a genuine interest for the investment industry.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company will be beneficial to your success. Completion of relevant industry courses would also be an asset.
- You can articulate yourself clearly verbally and written and work well with others to resolve complex issues.
- You are committed to contributing and supporting a team of like-minded individuals who are driven and have high standards.
- You are a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic person who will seek to improve existing processes and help to implement creative solutions.
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
