Psychotherapists and Social Workers

1. Minimum 5 years of experience providing services to a wide range of clients
2. Availability to work at least two days per week (minimum 12 clients, ideally 15-25)
3. Training in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and other therapeutic approaches (DBT, EFT, ACT, CFT, TF-CBT, client-centred, psychodynamic, mindfulness)
4. Documentation (e.g., progress notes, report/letter writing)
5. Knowledge of issues relating to children, adolescents, elderly and experience working with couples and groups not required but an asset
6. Excellent communication (written & verbal); a second language is an asset
7. Interested in continued learning to be up to date with latest developments in the field
8. Not interested in opening your own private practice for at least the next 3 years
