As our new Public Relations Officer (PRO), you will serve as the primary liaison between SoftwareOne and UAE government authorities, ensuring compliance with labor, immigration, and commercial regulations. You will support employee lifecycle activities, corporate licensing, and regulatory processes while enabling uninterrupted business operations through effective stakeholder management and government relations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships and interactions with UAE government authorities, free zones, embassies, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee employee and dependent visa processes, Emirates ID applications, onboarding, offboarding, and immigration compliance
- Administer trade licenses, establishment cards, company registrations, and corporate documentation requirements
- Maintain government portals, monitor renewals, coordinate access, and resolve operational issues
- Support internal stakeholders with regulatory documentation, contract submissions, tenders, and government-related requirements
- Monitor compliance activities, track renewals and permits, prepare status reports, and identify process improvement opportunities
