Public Sector Partnerships Canada
You will lead public sector partnerships and government affairs across Canada. You will engage policymakers and regulators, monitor AI-related regulations, represent the company at industry events, advise leadership on policy trends, support internal policy development, promote government adoption of products and services, and implement policy campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement with Canadian government bodies and officials
- Build relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events
- Support internal policy development
- Advise leadership on regional policy trends and business implications
- Promote government adoption of products and services
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in public and private sector policy roles
- Focus on AI and technology policy
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian AI policy landscape
- Demonstrated success designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes
- Coalition-building experience
- Public policy experience across Canada
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and French
