Position: Python AI Developer Company Industry: IT company Work Location: Cavite Work Schedule: Day Shift (8AM-5PM) Work Setup: Hybrid / Onsite Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related field 3–5 years of professional experience in software development and AI/Machine Learning High-level expertise in Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), REST APIs, and backend development using FastAPI, Flask, or FastMCP Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions, including OpenAI GPT, Claude, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and prompt engineering Experience with RAG pipelines, Vector Databases (MongoDB, Pinecone, Azure AI Search, pgvector), SQL/PostgreSQL/Snowflake, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and backend services using Python Build and integrate LLM-based solutions, AI agents, APIs, and enterprise AI workflows Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search solutions Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI applications using cloud platforms and containerized environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance AI solutions RECRUITMENT PROCESS Initial Interview Technical Assessment Final Interview
