Python Backend Developer

"Interview: In-Person(F2F) Required"

Role: Python Backend Developer

Experience: 8+ Years

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ ( Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Project Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python, including object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, and backend application development
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services using frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including SQL queries, database design, and performance optimization
• Experience with API integrations, authentication, error handling, logging, and troubleshooting backend services
• Good understanding of asynchronous processing, background jobs, and distributed systems architecture
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration frameworks such as Temporal, Apache Airflow, or Celery is a plus
• Experience with WebSockets, Socket.IO, or other real-time communication technologies is a plus
• Experience writing unit tests and integration tests using frameworks such as Pytest or unittest
• Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development workflows, including pull requests and code reviews
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based deployments is a plus
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, JWT, microservices architecture, and secure API development is a plus
• Exposure to AI integrations, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or AI-driven workflow automation is a plus
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate and resolve technical issues
• Proactive, self-driven, and accountable, with a strong willingness to learn new technologies, take ownership of deliverables, and contribute to technical improvements
