About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Python / Full-Stack Engineer who can understand, own, and evolvelarge, complex software systems.
As AI increasingly automates routine coding, we're looking for engineers who bring strong system understanding, architectural thinking, technical ownership, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand an existing codebase, identify how different components interact, design scalable solutions, and independently deliver features from requirement to production. This role involves workingacross backend development, frontend integration, cloud infrastructure, system architecture, and client collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of large and complex softwaresystems.
- Quickly understand unfamiliar codebases, business logic, architecture, and data flows.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Develop and maintainbackend services using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Build REST APIs and design efficientdatabase solutions.
- Contribute to frontend development using React, Next.js,and TypeScript.
- Work with AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployments.
- Debug production issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Effectively use AI coding tools while validating, testing, and improving AI-generated code.
- Collaborate with clients, productteams, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Python and hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django,or Flask.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, backend architecture, SQL, database design, asynchronous programming, caching, background jobs, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design,with the abilityto understand existing systems and design scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, APIs, databases, data flows, and analyzing or improving existing architectures.
- Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and hands-on experience with React / Next.js or similar frameworks.
- Good understanding of frontend-backend integration.
- Experience with AWS or othercloud platforms, including services such as S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, ECS, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CDpipelines, deployments, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants for coding, debugging, testing, and research.
- Strong technical judgment to review,validate, modify, and integrate AI-generated code.
- Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or AI Agentsis a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, or AI Agents.
- Redis, message queues,or event-driven architectures.
- Vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone,or Weaviate.
- Kubernetes.
- Experience working with international clients.
