Must-haves
- at least 2 years of commercial experience with backend development
- strong computer science fundamentals
- sharp attention to detail, and a user-centric focus
- deep understanding and hands‑on experience in designing clean, extensible APIs
- experience in asynchronous programming
- familiarity with relational databases and ability to write efficient SQL queries
- experience with writing and maintaining tests
- problem‑solving skills and the ability to work methodically through complex architectural challenges
Nice‑to-haves
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes
- Basics of TypeScript knowledge, or willingness to learn
