Python Developer (f/m/x)

Summary

Builds and maintains Python-based data pipelines and backend services that process vehicle pricing data and expose insights via APIs for an international team.

We are looking for a Python Developer to join our international team developing a strategic platform that powers vehicle pricing and recommendation processes across the organization. The solution collects and processes large volumes of internal and external data, transforms it into a unified data model, and delivers pricing insights through modern APIs. As a Python Developer, you will play a key role in building scalable data pipelines, backend services, and integrations while collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and software engineers in an Agile environment.

Your tasks

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining data ingestion and transformation pipelines

  • Building and evolving the data model with a strong focus on data quality, consistency and reliability

  • Developing and maintaining Python backend services and REST APIs that expose pricing and vehicle-related data

  • Integrating internal and external systems through APIs and event-driven data flows

  • Writing clean, well-documented and well-tested code while ensuring production stability through monitoring and data quality checks

  • Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects, Scrum Masters and Developers to deliver scalable business solutions

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Python Developer with a focus on backend and data development

  • Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with data-processing libraries such as Pandas

  • Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask

  • Solid SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL

  • Experience building and orchestrating data pipelines, ideally using Airflow

  • Familiarity with Git, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices

  • Fluent English and Polish communication skills, with experience working in an international environment

  • Willingness to work from the Warsaw office 2–3 days per week
