- Lead projects from design through deployment;
- Build secure, highly available systems handling large volumes of market and trading data;
- Apply engineering best practices, automation, DevOps, and cloud architecture;
- Continuously improve the team's technical capabilities;
- Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle;
- Bring solutions to identified problems;
- Perform occasional front-end development.
