Summary
The Python AI Engineer will design and build scalable AI-powered applications, microservices, and APIs using Python, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks. The role involves managing the full SDLC, including CI/CD, containerization, and event-driven architecture.
We are seeking a Python AI Engineer with strong backend development experience to design, build, and support scalable AI-powered applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will develop Python-based APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions while leveraging modern AI technologies, including LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG, following best practices in software engineering and SDLC.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Python applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Develop event-driven and distributed systems with scalable, secure architectures.
- Integrate enterprise applications, AI models, and data platforms.
- Participate in the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, and monitoring.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, and Linux.
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture, messaging platforms (Kafka/MQ), and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, AutoGen, or MCP.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Git, and cloud-native development.
- Knowledge of PySpark/Spark, PostgreSQL/Vector Databases is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to AI governance, observability, and enterprise-scale platform development.
