PyTorch, LangChain , etc. Understanding of
Test-Driven Development (TDD) Hands-on experience with
Git, Jenkins, TeamCity & CI/CD Experience with databases such as
RDBMS, NoSQL, or Graph Databases Desired Skills – AI/ML & GenAI Hands-on experience with
Generative AI technologies , including: Fine-tuning Model Distillation Retrieval-Augmented Generation ( RAG ) MCP (Model Context Protocol) A2A (Agent2Agent) Good understanding of
AI/ML concepts Experience in
Data Engineering Scripting experience with
Shell, Regular Expressions , etc. Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments Basic knowledge of
