Scurri has the Vision of Connecting Commerce by optimising the ordering, shipping and delivery process for customers. We are a highly ambitious Retail Tech company based in Wexford town. We support the delivery of billions of euros worth of transactions, and are growing at an amazing rate.
You will join an engineering team rooted in Lean and Agile principles. We believe:
- Human-in-the-Loop AI: We use AI to automate the mundane (boilerplate, unit test scaffolding, migrations) so you can focus on the meaningful and creative.

- 3+ years of professional experience with Python (FastAPI and Django).
- Strong grasp of software design patterns, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or LLM-based agents) to improve personal throughput and code quality.
- Knowledge of Git and experience with advanced branching strategies.
- Proficiency in unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and an understanding of distributed system architecture.
