Scope Of Work / Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive and efficient reconciliation solution to identify data discrepancies.
- Expand the reconciliation scope to ensure a thorough and detailed examination of discrepancies.
- Automate the reconciliation process to reduce manual effort, improve processing time, and enhance accuracy.
- Collaborate with business users to empower them in improving data accuracy, addressing discrepancies, streamlining operations, and mitigating risks.
- Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless integration and communication between systems, addressing and fixing data break causes effectively and improving data integrity and quality.
- Assist in the generation of statistical analyses and reporting to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision‑making.
- Provide regular project status updates and assist with solutions for escalated production incidents, conducting root cause analysis and proposing preventive measures.
Requirement And Qualification (Education & Work Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Python programming is essential; familiarity with other languages and data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Strong numerical aptitude and comfort with large data sets.
- Ability to design and implement automated solutions for data validation and reconciliation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business users and team members.
- Experience with ITIL, Agile, or similar IT frameworks.
- Bonus: Knowledge of private sector operations, CreditLens, LoanIQ, or Summit.
Work Arrangement
- Willing to work remotely with occasional reporting to Headquarters if necessary.
- Work schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Manila Time.
