For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 9 years of experience in Python and Django
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
- Expertise in clean architecture, refactoring and simple design principles
- Experience with TDD, pair programming, code reviews and agile ceremonies
- Leadership, guiding and mentoring team members
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for hybrid work in Porto, 2 days per week (candidates must already be based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
