Python Full Stack Developer

Avensys Consulting is hiring a Python Full Stack Developer in Kuala Lumpur to build full-stack web applications: Python backends (FastAPI/Django/Flask), REST APIs with authentication/authorization, and relational databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL. Preferred
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least seven (7) years of relevant software development experience, including substantial practical experience in full-stack web application development.
- Strong practical experience in Python-based backend development using one or more established Python frameworks, such as Fast API, Django or Flask.
- Strong experience in REST API development, API integration, authentication, authorization and integration with enterprise and third-party systems.
- Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server or equivalent database technologies, including database design, SQL development and performance optimization.
- Experience with software architecture, application design, coding standards, source-code management, code review, automated testing, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Experience with application security, including secure coding practices, access control, authentication and authorization, vulnerability remediation and relevant OWASP principles.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, including Git-based source control, automated build and deployment pipelines, environment management and application release processes.
