Summary
Hybrid role in Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite/week) building scalable full-stack applications: Python backends with Django/Flask/FastAPI, React/TypeScript frontends, REST APIs and microservices, SQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Banking/financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React.
Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services.
Create responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI integrations.
Knowledge of serverless architectures and cloud-native development.
Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain is a plus.
