Responsibilities
develop and maintain high-quality datasets used by teams across the organization,
design, build, and improve frameworks that enable fast and reliable data delivery,
develop and enhance tools for data validation, error detection, and visualization,
write robust, production-ready Python code with a strong focus on performance and reliability,
contribute to decisions related to data management, architecture, and infrastructure,
support broader quantitative team analysis and reporting activities,
work closely with stakeholders across different business areas to deliver effective data-driven solutions,
ensure that developed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the existing technology stack,
contribute to both ad-hoc requests and longer-term projects based on business needs.
Requirements
professional experience in data engineering, quantitative engineering, software engineering, or a related field,
strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities,
advanced Python programming skills and solid experience with data processing and manipulation using Pandas,
practical knowledge of data science and numerical computing libraries such as NumPy, Numba, or SciPy,
genuine interest in technology and a proactive approach to learning new tools and solutions,
strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines,
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of assigned tasks,
strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach,
experience in the financial sector would be an advantage, particularly knowledge of corporate credit instruments or fixed income products.
