Job Overview

CGI is looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Automation QA professional to design and build AI-powered agent solutions that automate complex end-to-end testing across Mobile, Web, API, Database, and Desktop applications.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Automation QA, Python programming, Selenium, and building AI agents using LLMs and agent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agent solutions to automate end-to-end testing.
• Build multi-agent workflows to generate, execute, self-heal, and maintain test cases.
• Implement AI-driven test automation across Mobile, Web, API, Database, and Desktop applications.
• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent orchestration.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Selenium.
• Create test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execute automation scripts.
• Perform mobile application testing across iOS and Android platforms.
• Coordinate with SIT and other component teams.
• Collaborate with QA, Development, and Product teams to improve test coverage and accelerate releases.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and cost-efficiency of AI-based testing solutions.
• Independently manage assigned tasks and lead automation activities when required.
• Reduce manual testing efforts through AI-driven quality engineering.

Mandatory Skills

• 8–10+ years of Automation QA experience.
• Strong Python programming skills – Must Have.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium automation frameworks – Must Have.
• Strong experience in Web and Application Automation.
• Experience in Mobile Testing (iOS and Android).
• Experience building AI agents using LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Agent Orchestration.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and automation frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Playwright automation.
• Appium.
• REST Assured.
• API and Database testing.
• Desktop application testing.
• POS payments, including app-based payments.
• Loyalty domain experience.
