QA Automation Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, particularly with Playwright and TypeScript, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing strategies. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development lifecycle, collaborating closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and create robust test plans. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing automated test scripts, executing tests, and analyzing results to identify defects and areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our existing automation frameworks, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing automated test cases using Playwright and TypeScript. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define testing strategies. - Analyzing test results and reporting defects in a timely manner. - Maintaining and improving existing automation frameworks. - Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
