  • Key Responsibilities:

    Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.
  • Perform Automated API testing to ensure the reliability and performance of web Applications.
  • Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
  • Set up automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Integrate automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Python, or Java.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Selenium for web automation using Java/Python.
  • Proficient in Automation API testing using tools like Ready API, Postman, Playwright.
  • Ability to set up automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Experience with CI/CD testing.
  • Proficiency with Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies using LoadRunner/JMeter.
  • Knowledge of integrating automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Python, or Java.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile test methodology.
  • Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, DevOps, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Automation tools like Selenium, Test Robot Automation.
  • Experience with database testing, preferably SQL.
  • Knowledge of data migration testing.
  • Understanding ETL processes and testing.
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
  • GenAI, LLM Model testing experience.
  • Test Data creation exposure using code Harbour, synthetic data generator or any other tool.
  • Strategize and estimate new automation requirements/projects.
  • Preferred domain experience in Insurance & Healthcare.
  • Scheduling and Parallel execution Setup.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation testing solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and flexibility with timing.
