Job Description
● Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and other project documents to design and write test cases and test scripts, covering both normal and edge-case scenarios, with a focus on reusability and maintainability.
● Contribute to test plans and test strategies, and execute manual and automated tests.
● Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automated test scripts.
● Support performance and security testing activities.
● Identify, reproduce, and document defects clearly, and prepare test reports that highlight problem areas.
● Work closely with developers, product owners, and other team members in an Agile environment.
● Track testing progress and raise risks early to help ensure features are delivered on schedule.
Qualification
● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or an IT-related field.
● 0-3 years of full-time work experience.
● Knowledge and experience in software testing, testing methodology, and manual test tools.
● Hands-on experience with manual testing.
● Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.
● Ability to learn new skills, technologies, and tools.
● Self-starter who can work with a minimal amount of supervision.
