QA Engineer
Summary
A manual QA tester who executes and maintains test cases, validates features and fixes, and tracks defects for business solutions built on Salesforce, Azure, and Genesys Cloud. Work covers functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing within Agile teams.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tester to join our team and support quality assurance activities across projects involving Salesforce, Azure, and Genesys Cloud. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of business solutions through structured testing and defect management in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and maintain manual test cases.
Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
Requirements
Familiarity with Salesforce and an interest in learning how Salesforce-based solutions are configured and tested.
Experience performing manual testing activities.
Ability to create and execute test cases and document defects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Nice to Have
Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce Platform.
Experience testing cloud-based applications or integrations.
Familiarity with Azure-based solutions.
Exposure to Genesys Cloud applications or contact center platforms.
Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Familiarity with Git, DevOps, or CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
