QA Engineer
About the Role
We're looking for a QA Engineer to build and maintain automated integration test coverage across our portfolio of web and mobile applications, helping ensure reliable, high-quality software releases without slowing delivery. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to improve application quality, automate testing, and support a continuous delivery mindset.

What You’ll Do
· Design, generate, and maintain automated integration test suites across multiple applications using AI-assisted tooling to accelerate test development and maintenance.
· Establish and evolve testing standards, frameworks, and automation practices that support the team's delivery cadence.
· Identify, triage, and communicate software defects based on user experience and business impact, providing clear context for release decisions.
· Partner with developers and Product teams on risk-based test planning, prioritizing critical-path coverage.
· Monitor and improve automated test pass rates, regression coverage, and overall test suite stability.
· Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps to reduce manual release verification.
· Contribute to a continuous delivery culture focused on small, testable, high-quality releases.
What You Bring
· 3+ years of experience in QA or test automation for production web or mobile applications.
· Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar to generate and maintain automated test suites.
· Experience maintaining automated tests across multiple applications or services.
· Experience with at least one modern integration or end-to-end testing framework such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
· Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript or Python scripting, API testing, CI/CD integration, and Git.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess application quality and prioritize testing based on user impact and business value.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, continuous learning mindset.
