QA Executive

JOB SUMMARY:

The role is responsible to support QEHS system, document control, quality inspections, non-conformance handling, audits and complaint investigations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and AS9100 management system.

• Take care of document control system.

• Establish QEHS work instructions and provide guidance to operators and inspectors.

• Oversee day-to-day quality control operations, prepare / review / file IQC, IPQC, OQC inspection reports.

• Responsible for the final disposition of non-conforming goods and issuance / retrieval of on-hold labels.

• Maintain monitoring and measuring equipment, including calibration, correlation and traceability.

• Conduct routine inspection based on QEHS requirements.

• Assist in customer complaints investigation.

• Work with cross function teams for non-conformance investigation and corrective action.

• To support internal and external audits and proper CAR closure.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant fields.

• Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and AS9100 management system and internal audits will have advantage.

• Proactive, self-driven, meticulous, organized, attention to details, consistant and strong quality mindset.

• Able to work independantly and with cross functional teams.

• Able to communicate and write in English and Chinese.

• Willing to work in Tuas (within walking distance of MRT).
