Job Overview
The QA Intern will support the Quality Assurance team in software testing and quality-related activities under close supervision. This role provides an opportunity to develop foundational knowledge of software quality assurance, test automation, testing tools, and industry practices while gaining practical experience working with engineers, business analysts, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support testing activities, including test execution, test automation, test data preparation, and documentation updates.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test cases, test automation scripts, test notes, defect records, and supporting documentation.
- Execute assigned test scenarios and accurately record test results.
- Learn and follow established QA processes, testing tools, and quality standards.
- Work alongside experienced QA team members to develop an understanding of software testing practices.
- Identify and communicate questions, gaps, or issues promptly and seek feedback to improve performance.
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
