REPORTS TO: Quality Lab Manager/Lead

Job Summary: Perform critical testing and subsequent analysis of test data.
Essential Functions:
- Perform physical testing of fabrics according to industry standards
- Maintain and create work instructions as required.
- Meet deadlines and production quotas
- Respond to customer requests for testing data and/or subsequent technical data
- Perform data analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of test data related to testing procedure and grading criteria.
Other Requirements:
- Work directly with customers to facilitate special testing requests
- Work with outside test facilities to coordinate training for new test procedures .
Safety:
- Safely perform all duties following guidelines established by Valdese Weavers.
- Report all job-related injuries and safety hazards to the supervisor as soon as possible.
- Actively participate in safety programs that identify, investigate, and correct safety hazards.
- Maintain 5S standards.
PPE as required by policy and guidelines
