Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA Automation, with hands-on experience in Automation frameworks and .NET technologies. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products, and mentoring a team of QA engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team to deliver high-quality software releases.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Design and implement QA strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify, document, and track defects and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers.
• Continuously evaluate and improve automation frameworks and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA Automation and Automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of .NET technologies and experience testing .NET applications.
• Experience leading QA teams and managing testing projects.
• Proficiency in writing and executing automated test scripts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools such as Selenium, NUnit, or similar automation tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Experience with performance and load testing.
