QA Leader

Objectway Limited, based in Milan, is seeking a QA Leader to define and own testing strategies for high-quality software solutions. This role requires 5+ years in software quality engineering and hands-on experience with mobile testing. You'll collaborate with teams in a hybrid working environment, contributing to innovative financial software.

Define and own the overall test strategy across squads. Facilitate Three Amigos sessions ensuring acceptance criteria are written. Design and maintain CI/CD quality gates to block defective code. 5+ years in software quality engineering, with at least 2 in a senior or lead role.
